The Volvo Motor Show – Auto Hase was created from an old industrial building. The hall was built in the 1970s, as a part of the Center of Soviet cars, and was used until recently – in socialism as a training center for car repairs and then by Auto Hase as a car service. The building is basementless, with a dominant steel bearing structure (lattice ceiling grid, steel columns). Over time, the building was altered considerably, mainly in the interior. The spacious hall was divided into various rooms and offices.
The concept of ‘New face of Volvo’ makes the car showroom significantly different from the competition. It expresses the position in the premium segment in a way that is consistent and unique. It brings a new modern approach, which emphasizes the Scandinavian heritage and style.
