Autoban are Seyhan Özdemir and Sefer Çağlar. They work in product design, interior design and architecture. Based in Istanbul and established in 2003, Autoban operates from an office in Galata, the city’s rather historic quarter. From the tall guillotine windows of their office, they see the beautiful Bosphorus and keep an eye on the old Galata Tower.
Autoban designs and develops interior environments for commercial and residential purposes. Most of the cafes where they enjoy their cup of Lattes and the stores where they shop for casual-chic clothes, are in fact designed by them. Autoban considers each interior project as a story to be told. It may not be new but it is also not old.
